i want to get a cell phone off of ebay, but it doesn't directly state that the esn has been cleared. it is a refurbished phone.
do these phones generally have clear esn's?Esn clear?phone from ebay?
You will have to ask the seller if the ESN# is clear or better yet, ask the seller for the ESN#, call your provider, give them the ESN# and they will tell you if they will be able to activate the phone.
