call your service provider, tell them the message. They can do hard resets using service codes, buying third party batteries voids your warrenty most times.





You *could* tell them that you dont know why it says this and that you have only used original equipment manufacturer (oem) batteries from whatever your cell phone brand is. They should replace your phone (for a small price, if you are still in warrenty).
