I dropped my phone in the clear toilet water, what should i do ?

i have a LG rumor 2 . and i dropped it in my toilet( it fell outaa my pocket) and i set it out and let it dry , everything is out of it . there is a red rectangle on the bottom that is red , is that bad ? or what ?I dropped my phone in the clear toilet water, what should i do ?
take the battery out and put it in a bowl of rice it will soak up the moister

open it up and air dry it. you might have broke it putting the battery in
let it dry in uncooked rice. Rice saps the moisture out pretty good.
