i recently got a new phone with this plastic and it is all dirty and i wanted to get more of it becuase my phone is touch screen and it helps the screen work better?

The clear plastic that comes with your phone just to protect the screen from getting scratch so when you buy it you peel it off and have a perfect screen.
They are called ';Screen Protectors'; the plastic that comes on the phone when it's new is not a Screen Protector just some cheap plasitic sticker to keep the phone from scratching. You can buy the Screen Protectors at Wal-Mart.What is the clear plastic that come on a new cell phone?
well as far as i know all that is is just a shiping cover so the screen doesnt get scrached in shipping..and as far as i know you cant buy it anywhere its just a one time deal
