What photoshop/photo editer makes camera phone pictures clear?

i have a sony camera, when i take pictures, they come out blue, has alot of noises, and just weird..how do i make them more clear and straighten and bright?What photoshop/photo editer makes camera phone pictures clear?

No offense but you're taking pictures with a telephone. There is very limited lens quality in a phone camera which is your largest problem (I'd say 95% of your problem).





To correct the color, you need to correct the white balance if that's possible with your phone.


To correct the noise... can't do much. The quality is just not there with the optics built into most all phone cameras.





Of course you can probably wait a year or two. I'm sure that the technology will be there to improve the image quality.





There are several tools available that might increase sharpness and also correct the color after the fact but as they say in the computer industry... garbage in, garbage out (no offense intended)...





In other words, the limited quality of the pics from the cell phone camera ensures you can't do much with them.





If you want superior pictures, I suggest buying an inexpensive digital camera instead of trying to fix the pictures with software.
The images you take with the cell camera, are what they are. What you shoot cannot really be corrected that much.





I would suggest you take your camera back and get one that works.





Fixing things in Photoshop takes a lot of time and effort and experience and ... the list goes on .
