You know I'm getting evicted from where I live because I am trying to clean up some past credit problems and live in a mobile home park that has raised my lot rent every year by $10 more a month and now that I stopped paying the lot rent and home payment to save the money to rent a place, it has shown up on my credit report and now I can't rent a apartment because of it and am getting thrown out on the street! It seems like a racket and the government throws people in jail for racketeering unless their in business and then its legal and all the places that you can't get into say we wish we could help but can't! YEA RIGHT! You know I can rent a storage unit but can't rent an apartment! I thought the deposit was for their safety against non payment!
Yes, it would clear them out. My friend went to the trouble of actually calling every single business/collector she owed money to, and requested official bills to be sent to her from each of them. She went to court and was exempted from each and every bill she presented. But maybe not hospital bills? Peace!
When you file for bankruptcy, you fill out forms and list the companies to whom you owe money. if you don't include the cell phone bill, then it won't be part of your bankruptcy.
