How the internet is working if it in the case of phone lines i want clear mechanism................?

The key to this is a modem (short form of modulator-demodulator).

What a modem does is simple; it converts data from your PC to sound impulses which are sent to the Internet Service provider (ISP). At the ISP, another modem demodulates the sound into data, analyzes it and forwards the request/content to the relevant website (This may be via a different channel, not necessarily telephone lines).

Once the ISP receives the response/data from the website, it converts it from digital to sound impulses again and transmits it back to you via the phone line. At your end, your modem converts this back to bits and bytes and you get digital content.

If you dial your ISP's connection number using the phone manually, you'll hear a strange noise: this is the modem at the ISP's end.

Hope this helps you.
