What phone will have a clear picture one that is 3.0mp or one that is 1.3mp?

a 3.0mp with aflash or double flash (like mine ,nokia 5610)...What phone will have a clear picture one that is 3.0mp or one that is 1.3mp?
The number of 1.3 or 3.0 (although I think it's 3.2) related to the number of pixels (dots) that make up the picture. A higher number means a physically bigger picture, not a better one.





For a better quality pic on a phone Sony Erricson are generally the best, especially if you want to take pics in low light (i.e. clubs/concerts etc) Also look for a flash on the phone.
