I have a LV2000 TV phone, but the channel reception is bad ..how can i have a clear reception ?

Do you have a full EV bar? Located right above your signal bars. If you don't then that's why reception is bad. So, you need to find a place to get more bars. But, if you do, then I would call Verizon's 888 number (assuming it's Verizon) they can help alot.
