base 1 and base 2 read the same message....no numbers show up on call list to redial.....Have a v-tech phone and now reads call on hold....can't clear the phone to get a dial tone....help!!!!!?
vtech... not so good... when you replace that phone, get a panasonic...
your phone may have been damaged by a surge in the line, most likely from lightning... check the jack with another phone... more then likely you need to replace the phone..Have a v-tech phone and now reads call on hold....can't clear the phone to get a dial tone....help!!!!!?
Possibly a stuck button? My best guess it's a piece of scrap plastic . . .I have one , experience
Did you try taking out the battery(ies) to reset the phone?
